Motivational Monday: The First Installment

Hey HT! Welcome to the very first installment of The Titan Times’ weekly Motivational Monday! Here, you can look for advice on how to deal with stress, cope with school pressures, or just find your inspirational lift for the week.

As the middle of the semester is rapidly approaching, loads of projects, tests, and homework are piling up before midterms. It is never good to have too much stress - your body can become weaker under the pressure. We don’t want that to happen! So, here are some helpful tips to deal with that level of stress:

  1. Take a nice long and relaxing walk

  2. Do some yoga - you can do it in the comfort of your own home with YouTube videos!

  3. Go for a run or do some other forms of exercise

  4. Take a power nap

  5. Manage your time wisely

  6. Talk to a friend or teacher, as they are always there to help you out!
