Monday Yoga Destress

As students, we may find that studies can become overwhelming, and we usually never have any time to calm our nerves. Luckily, there is a yoga club starting this Tuesday, December 1st. In this after school club occurring every Tuesday and Thursday, students can go into the gym after a stressful day of school and de-stress through relaxing yoga. Here are a few reasons why you should join this club and how it can benefit you and your studies:

  • benefits your physical strength and balance

  • can create a positive impact on a student’s self esteem and body awareness

  • can decrease a person’s stressors and increase their well-being

  • allows a person to remain calm and relaxed throughout their stressful schedules

  • improves their concentration in school studies
