FB as in Food Bank: HT's Thanksgiving Food Drive
What are you thankful for? Upon this lovely fall season, we are encouraging all students at Holy Trinity to take the opportunity to pay your gratitude forward. Simply bring in a couple of non-perishable food items to school before next Thursday October 6 to make someone’s Thanksgiving dinner happen. You can drop off your donation at the chapel or to the office of our chaplain, Ms. O’Connell.
This Fall Food Drive is an project by the school Social Justice League, which is an after school club that is dedicated to community service. Meetings are Tuesday after school in the library. As a combined initiative, Titans4Life also meets at the same time at the same location. If you are ever interested in joining any of these projects, please find Ms. O’Connell on the second floor.
Finally, a notice that next Thursday will be our Thanksgiving Mass. If you are also wanting to take part in that, sign up is available at the chaplain’s office as well. You will be dismissed from your period 1 and 2 classes with an explained absence.
Please show your support for this wonderful cause. Remember the difference that you are making in someone’s life! All donation goes to the local Fareshore Food Bank.
